Evolution of Disney Logo

Did you recognize the change?

I grew up watching Disney films from a VCRs, from the Disney  Sing-Along Songs to the classic Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. I came across this video on the left side one day and thought this topic is perfect for a content analysis paper. I was inspired to examine and analyze the different Disney logos from 1985 to current Disney films. I found sustained patterns of the Walt Disney Pictures logo: the castle, the music, and the "Disney" logo across the image. Disney films uses imaginative and adventurous entertainment to their audiences. As Walt Disney Films were growing and as a company they want to stay loyal to their audiences, Walt Disney Pictures were able to make adaptions and produce phenomenal work while maintaining their integrity and branding. This piece of work was a delight to write about, especially analyzing and finding patterns.

Crisis with Disneyland Paris

Crisis Communication

I enjoy letting my creativity skills to play an important role when I have an opportunity to in my classes. They could consist of as simple as handouts, presentations, or any visual aspects of work. Here is a handout I created applying Glocalization Theory and Image Repair Theory to Disneyland Paris. As a corporate, it is valuable in adapting products and services while incorporating philosophies and strategies, training, and operational procedures.
I truly enjoy making assignments colorful, subject-like (Disney-like), visual images, and with key notes. I am a visual learner and it helps when images are there to support details.
Crisis communication is a valuable understanding especially crisis are something that is threatening and have a short response time; a feeling of surprises. Crisis communication helps make informed decisions about risks and crisis planning, join the International conversation, and learn valuable lessons after a crisis and make appropriate changes.

Working with a Team

First research paper in a group

I consider myself being a team player, and I feel I earn this ability because of years being a part of sports and dance teams. This was my first research paper in graduate school while working with two other students. This experience was quite valuable because I was in a team with a leader and a creator. As a supporter, I was able to communicate well among the others, manage and balance the amount of work, and keep us on track

In research, SPSS is an essential tool in order to conduct methods and proceed forward. I find this tool very useful and numbers quite interesting as specific numbers have certain explanation. I always enjoyed math and visual graphs because of precision, definite answers, and the visual help to compare. I wrote this paper with a partner and used SPSS about University of Central Florida Smoking Ban
